Abstract
Communicating bronchopulmonary foregut malformations (BPFMs) are uncommon congenital lesions which usually present in infancy with respiratory distress, which is exacerbated during feeding. We present an unusual case of bilateral oesophageal BPFM in an infant with multiple congenital anomalies.Keywords
