Abstract
Presentation of CaseA sixty-year-old woman was referred to the hospital because of pain in the back.The patient had been in good health until one month before admission, when aching pain between the scapulas developed three days after she had raked leaves. The pain became persistent and extended over the right anterior and lateral portions of the chest and down to the posterior iliac crests.
