Growth and Some Properties of Ferroelectric Tungsten Bronze Niobate Solid Solution Crystals

Abstract
Single crystal growth of niobate solid solution of ferroelectric tungsten bronze with general formula A1.2Nb2O6 in which A sites are all occupied by alkai, alkaline earth, transtion metal and rare earth ions have been studied in detail. The significant changes in lattice constants, dielectric properties, growth habits and others can be obtained with changes of ions.
