Abstract
Some modifications in the original Neubauer technic are suggested regarding type of container, addition of water, light, temp., and growing period. Expts. are presented showing the application of the Neubauer method to research in soil fertility. Expts. are also presented to show that the Neubauer method is just as empirical as soil analysis. That is, the per plant values vary with variation in number of seedlings and wt. of soil used in the test.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
