Abstract
Biosynthetic studies have shown that ergosta-5,7,9(11),22-tetraen-3β-ol, isolated from the fungus Mucor rouxii, is derived from ergosterol presumbaly via a biological dehydrogenation (oxidation) reaction.Keywords
