Investigation of autoionising levels in Ga I, In I and Tl I by photoionisation experiments

Abstract
The autoionising levels of the sp2 configuration of Ga I, In I and Tl I were investigated by photoionisation experiments using the monochromatised synchrotron radiation of the 800 MeV electron storage ring in Berlin (BESSY) and the atomic-beam technique. The widths of the autoionising lines are discussed with respect to the wavefunctions of the corresponding levels.
