Abstract
Roentgenographic examination as a method for detecting and analyzing pharyngeal and upper esophageal dysphagia in patients was reviewed. Cricopharyngeal dysfunction, one of the most common causes of pharyngeal dysfunction, was discussed. Other diseases that interfered with the development of normal pharyngoesophageal peristalsis were reported. The incidence of webs in the hypopharynx and upper portion of the esophagus was discussed. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
