Abstract
Induced astigmatism and loss of best corrected visual acuity are complications of inadvertently rotating a free cap of laser in situ keratomileusis. It is possible to determine the angle of rotation from the induced astigmatism and correct the astigmatism by lifting and rotating the cap to an astigmatically neutral position. Keywords
