Abstract
✓ A case is presented of a child with an arteriovenous fistula and a giant aneurysm located beside the brain stem under the right temporal lobe. It was successfully treated by clipping its feeding artery, a branch of the right posterior cerebral artery. The similarities to, and the differences from, aneurysms of the vein of Galen are discussed. Keywords
