Abstract
The gene coding for L-fucose dehydrogenase (FDH) which is specific to NADP+ as a hydrogen acceptor, was cloned, sequenced, and expressed in Escherichia coli from Pseudomonas sp. No. 1143. FDH was shown to be composed of 329 amino acid residues.Keywords
