Bilateral verrucous carcinoma of the feet

Abstract
A 51 yr old woman had had bilateral verrucous carcinoma of the feet for 10 yr. The tumors were treated many times as extensive verruca vulgaris before a biopsy was performed and the true neoplastic nature of the lesion recognized. This case illustrates the necessity of performing biopsies on atypical or frequently unresponsive verrucous tumors.
