Abstract
A system is described that permits a measure of the rate of diffusion of oxygen through a solution supported in a Millipore filter. The rate of diffusion of oxygen through distilled water in the membrane was the same at 25 °C as at 35 °C. The rate of diffusion of oxygen through a hemoglobin solution was considerably enhanced by the 10 °C increase in temperature. Keywords
