Abstract
A programmable dispersion matrix implemented with Bragg fibre gratings is demonstrated in conjunction with a multiwavelength laser source for use in optically controlled phased array antennas. Relative time delays are experimentally measured using a prototype programmable dispersion matrix with 2 bit resolution and the results agree well with the theoretical prediction. Keywords
