Electromagnetic Instability of Counterstreaming Plasmas in a Magnetic Field

Using the Vlasov equation we calculate ${\sigma }_{\mathrm{zz}}$ of the conductivity tensor for counterstreaming plasmas in a magnetic field. Using the dispersion relations for ordinary waves, we consider the electromagnetic instability. The spectrum of the instability and its growth rate have been calculated.
