Abstract
A patient with AIDS was diagnosed with inflammatory pseudotumor with small bowel involvement. After receiving thalidomide treatment, serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and soluble TNF receptor II levels normalized, his constitutional and gastrointestinal symptoms diminished, and the mass lesion shrunk.Keywords
