Abstract
Phase transitions of the spin-one Ising system with bilinear and biquadratic interactions in the existence of the anisotropy energy are investigated using a constant-coupling theory developed in the preceding paper. Characteristic features of possible phase transitions found in this system are made clear by illustrating a three-dimensional phase diagram. It is then shown that there exist several types of single phase transition or successive phase transitions according to the energy parameters. The variations of the order parameters with temperature below and above these phase transitions are also investigated. Keywords
