Abstract
A clinically suitable method of recording the shape of the face three-dimensionally using a modified form of contour photography is described. A computer program allows graphical presentation of the recorded data in the form of sagittal or horizontal sections or as contour line representations. Simple measurements of facial form (e.g. symmetry) and of changes due to growth, surgery or treatment should enhance diagnosis. Keywords
