Microwave-Accelerated Samarium Triiodide Catalyzed Conjugate Addition of Indoles with Electron-Deficient Olefins

Abstract

A fast, efficient, environmentally benign, solvent-free procedure under microwave irradiation, using silica gel supported reagents, for the samarium triiodide catalyzed conjugated addition of indoles with electron-deficient olefins has been developed.
