Abstract
Cellular aging or immortalization depends on random reorganization of the cell genome and is determined by chance, intrinsic properties of the cell and environmental factors. The probability of creating a new genetic progressively autonomous program is higher for some cells than for others and is increased by external events that introduce de novo information. Keywords
