Simple effective Lagrangian for hard thermal loops

Abstract
We derive an alternative effective Lagrangian for the hard thermal loops between gluons in QCD at high temperature or chemical potential. This effective Lagrangian is elementary in form and manifestly gauge invariant.Keywords
