Abstract
The Interdigitated-Metal-Semiconductor-Metal (IMSM) detector has recently become one of the more popular detectors for optoelectronic integration. The factors affecting the performance of this type of detector are reviewed particularly in the context of low noise amplification circuitry.Keywords
