ALLOGENEIC TRANSPLANTATION OF ORGAN CULTURES WITHOUT IMMUNOSUPPRESSION AN EVALUATION USING ADULT MOUSE SKIN

Abstract
SUMMARY Attempts to reconfirm the allogeneic transplantability of skin after organ culture by five different grafting methods have been unsuccessful. Skin cultures retained their immunogenicity and, when viable after culture, invoked lymphocyte infiltrations and sensitized recipients to subsequent allografts from the same donor strain.
