Abstract
Perovskite-type (La1-x Sr x )FeO3 (0≦x≦0.5) is synthesized at 1300°C in a flow of pure oxygen, and its electrical resistivity (R) measured under various relative humidities (H). R of LaFeO3 decreases with increasing H owing to its ionic conductivity. On the other hand, in the range 0.1≦x≦0.5, R increases with increasing H. This phenomenon is explained by the electron boundary layer model. Keywords
