Abstract
The CW operating characteristics of a two-section coupled-cavity diode laser formed by micromachining with a focused ion beam are described. Single-longitudinal-mode operation with discrete tunability over 30 Å and continuous tunability over 2.8 Å has been demonstrated.Keywords
