Abstract
Mammary adenocarcinomas from backcrossed C3H mice treated with amino-nucleoside (6-dimethylamino-9[3''-deoxy-3''- amino-[beta]-D-ribofuranosyl] purine were found to have a lower ribo nucleic acid content than similarly-sized untreated control tumors. No change in the mononucleotide composition was found.Keywords
