Abstract
Three different types of low power pulse shape discriminators have been designed and built for applications in space experiments. Their dynamic range, ability to separate mixtures, and sensitivity to photon statistics have been measured using a phoswich detector and an LED pulser which simulates the scintillation signals. The performance of the discriminators compare favorably with an analytic investigation. Keywords
