Abstract
A method for electrophoretic separation of fish myofibrillar proteins is described. After incubation in phosphate buffer containing β-mercaptoethanol, sodium-dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and urea, the proteins are separated by SDS-acrylamide gel electrophoresis.Keywords
