Abstract
A check of cases of yaws treated from 6 months to 2.5 yrs. earlier showed that only acetylarsan could be regarded as a fairly satisfactory curative agent. The BSPT treatment was practically valueless. About 1/3 of the cases treated with acetylarsan can be regarded as complete cures and the majority of the remainder had the progress of the disease definitely halted. The Kahn serological test was found to be of the most value in making such a follow-up check as is reported above. Keywords
