Abstract
The synthetic estrogen, 118B, which differs chemically from both the natural estrogens and the stilbenes was assayed, using the subjective relief of menopausal patients as the indicator of activity. In daily oral doses of 1.0 mg. to 2.5 mg., it afforded satisfactory relief in the majority of patients. There was a low incidence of disagreeable symptoms arising in treated patients on these dosages. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
