Abstract
With switches, capacitances, and regenerating devices, it is possible to simulate the behavior of a transmission line. Hence, one can build lossless filters from these elements. Due to the absence of inductances, this class of filters is particularly suitable for integration. Its losslessness makes it less sensitive to component variation. Experimental work shows that the various approximations involved in the theory are justified on physical grounds. Keywords
