Abstract
Fe absorption and total body retention was measured in rats using Fe59 and a whole body liquid scintillation counter. Whole body liquid scintillation counting provides an efficient and reliable method of assaying small quantities of gamma emitting nuclides in live animals and biologic specimens. Keywords
