Abstract
Rabbits suppressed for paternal allotypic immunoglobulin production were obtained by the mating of homozygous b4 does, producing anti-paternal b6 antibody, with homozygous b6 bucks. This suppression was `neutralized' completely if the neonatal offspring from such matings were injected with paternal b6 immunoglobulin before day 13 of life. If injection was delayed until day 20 only partial neutralization of suppression was obtained.
