Abstract
The recoilless nuclear resonance absorption of the rays from the 86.5- and 105.3-keV states in has been studied to determine the spins, the quadrupole moments, and magnetic moments of these states. The following quantities were determined: , , , , and or . The results imply strong bandmixing in the 86.5-keV state and .
