Abstract
A case is reported of a young adult female with a traumatic superior oblique palsy treated with a denervation of the inferior oblique muscle. In addition to the denervation, email Week Hemoclips were placed at both ends of the severed nerve. In spite of this, the inferior oblique muscle reinnervated, necessitating a redenervation plus large myectomy to obtain a permanent cure. A two-year follow-up revealed normal ocular motility. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
