Abstract
The present results are compared with those of and analog experiments. The () and () results do not yield consistent spin assignments for six states between 1809- and 2523-keV excitation in . The use of conventional distorted-wave Born-approximation theory in the analysis of the () data is questioned. The available () analog data does not support either the () or () spin assignments.
