Abstract
Infrared and Raman spectra are reported for a number of pentamethyldisilanyl compounds in the liquid state. These include the chloride, cyanide, isocyanate, ether, and amine derivatives. The assignment of the vibrational bands is discussed, particularly for those modes involving the heavy atom skeletons. Keywords
