Abstract
The growth and characterization of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O films on single-crystal (001)MgO substrates by rf magnetron sputtering with a single target are reported. The comparison of different post-annealing conditions revealed that the film annealed under controlled Pb potential gave best superconducting properties with Tc0 above 105 K. The proper doping of Pb not only accelerated the formation of the high-Tc phase, but also improved the connectivity of high-Tc grains. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
