Abstract
A case is described which exhibits features of a difficult diagnostic problem, an almost silent cerebral tumor. The signs were vague and inconclusive, as well as being partially obscured by other pathology. No definite diagnosis could be made and it was only at necropsy that a granula-cell myoblastoma of the pituitary was discovered. It was remarkably large and is the largest whole tumor yet discovered. The literature was reviewed and a brief account of the main characteristic of the myoblastoma is included. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
