Abstract
The authors describe a case of Kaposi's disease with multiple localizations in a Bantou patient, reporting clinical, radiological, pathological and biological data. Hepatic, renal, osseous and lymph nodes localizations were much more extensive than the cutaneous ones. Attention must be drawn to several facts. The diagnosis of visceral involvement was made during the life of the patient, and this has been rarely reported in the literature. The hyperproteinemia and hypergammaglobulinemia associated with extensive bone marrow and tissue plasmocytosis in this case, point out once more to the possible reticular origin of this neoplasm. Keywords
