Abstract
A saccular aneurysm of the intraorbital portion of the ophthalmic artery is extremely rare. We report this entity in a 54-year-old man who also had a dural arteriovenous malformation (AVM) at the base of the anterior cranial fossa. The aneurysmal formation at this unusual site may be explained by a haemodynamic stress that derived from the presence of the dural AVM.Keywords
