Abstract
In Extrakten aus Polysiphonia lanosa (L.) Tandy werden durch Dc und kombinierte GC–Massenspektrometrie der Trimethylsilylderivate 3–Brom–4,5–dihydroxybenzaldehyd (I), 3–Brom–4,5–dihydroxybenzylalkohol (II), 2,3–Dibrom–4,5–dihydroxybenzaldehyd (V) und 2,3–Dibrom–4,5–dihydroxybenzylalkohol (VI, Lanosol) nachgewiesen. Bei den in alkoholischen Extrakten zusätzlich auftretenden II– und VI–benzylmethyl– bzw. äthyläthern handelt es sich um Isolierungsartefakte. Das könnte auch für den wahrscheinlich gemachten VI–propyläther zutreffen. In the extracts of Polysiphonia lanosa (L.) Tandy, the following four trimethylsilyl derivatives 3–brom–4,5–dihydroxybenzaldehyde (I), 3–brom–4,5–dihydroxybenzylalcohol (II), 2,3–dibrom–4,5–dihydroxybenzaldehyde (V) and 2,3–di–brom–4,5–dihydroxybenzylalcohol (VI, lanosol) were proved by means of TL and Gc composed with mass–spectrometry.
