Abstract
The total dielectronic-recombination rates for , , , and , all members of the lithium isoelectronic sequence, are computed in the nonrelativistic, single-configuration, LS-coupling, frozen-core, corona model approximation. Comparison is made with other calculations, and differences are noted and analyzed. Analytic formulas for interpolating the total dielectronic-recombination rates for other members of the lithium isoelectronic sequence are given.
