Abstract
Primary Gram-positive bacterial peritonitis developed in three patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). These cases suggest a possible association between these two entities. Furthermore, they emphasize the importance of accurate diagnosis when evaluating abdominal symptoms in patients with SLE. (JAMA232:929-931, 1975)Keywords
