Abstract
The mouse homolog (c- sis ) of the transforming gene of the simian sarcoma virus was mapped to chromosome 15 by the Southern blot analysis of DNA's from hamster-mouse somatic cell hybrids. Alterations in c- sis expression may thus play a role in the various murine neoplastic diseases characterized by rearrangements or duplications of chromosome 15.This publication has 35 references indexed in Scilit:
