Effect of the Needle-cast Fungus Lophodermella sulcigena on Growth of Corsican Pine

Abstract
Infection of current-year needles of Corsican pine near Aberdeen by Lophodermella sulcigena (Rostr.) v. Höhn. resulted in a 59 per cent reduction in the volume growth of the stem over a 12-year period; height increment was not affected significantly.
