Abstract
A novel lipase from Aspergillus terreus has been used in organic solvents for regioselective deacetylation of the peracetates of polyphenolic aromatic ketones. A reversal of regioselec-tivity to that obtained during deacetylation with porcine pancreatic lipase (PPL) has been observed.Keywords
