The Effect of Vasopressin on the Facility of Aqueous Humour Outflow in the Rabbit

Abstract
Total outflow facility was measured using the technique of constant pressure infusion over the range 20–35 mm Hg. The mean value in control animals was 0.33–0.35 μl/min/mm Hgbut this was significantly increased after intracameral infusion of 50–200 μU vasopressin per ml. There was no increase after intravenous injection of vasopressin at 400–1, 600 μU/min/kg body weight
