Abstract
This report describes an improved percutaneous insertion technique of a retrograde medullary screw in pubic ramus fractures. This improved technique enables the use of a relatively thick retrograde medullary screw in difficult anatomical variations such as narrow or curved pubic ramus. Maneuvering of the retrograde medullary screw gives control of the proximal fragment and can assist in fracture reduction. Keywords
