Abstract
A 13-yr-old boy from northern Norway had a living reindeer warble fly larva in the vitreous and typical subretinal tracks in his right eye. The larva was removed alive and normal visual acuity was preserved. This is the 1st time the reindeer warble fly larva (O. tarandi) was found to cause myiasis in man. This publication has 21 references indexed in Scilit:
