Abstract
A 24-year-old woman with eclamptic convulsions during her 25th week of gestation is presented. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed multiple hyperintense foci within the cerebral cortex, most likely related to cerebral ischemia and edema. The MR abnormalities resolved completely within 1 week. Keywords
